Update 7 for Vision is just around the corner, scheduled for release on Monday 30th October 2017, at 8 PM UK time.
A new way to share your data
The most exciting feature brought to Vision in Update 7 gives our users a new way to collaborate with other businesses using maps.
Organisation Administrators can now easily share private Layers with Users outside their Organisation, and optionally apply filters to limit what data they see to specific records. If those users also have a Vision subscription, they can also reciprocate and share their data back with you so you can both view each others' data side-by-side with your own - making projects and ongoing business so much easier.
There's no limit to how many organisations can bring their data together in Vision, and when an organisation updates their data, those changes are instantly reflected to all users - no more constantly exchanging spreadsheets!
Is my data protected?
Each user retains absolute control over who sees their data, and can make changes, or revoke access completely at any time - keeping your data safe. We suppress additional information such as Demographic Data, Custom Fields, Classifications, Tags, Notes etc. by default, which you can change if necessary at your discretion.
How much will it cost?
For subscribers on Feature Pack 2 or higher, it's included at no extra charge. Each Feature Pack comes with a set amount of people you can share data with, and if you need more, just contact us and we'll update your subscription.
